* Advance rates are applicable only to registrations received prior to 11:59 pm on Thursday, March 24, 2025. After this date, standard pricing applies. Cancellations will be accepted until March 24, 2025 and registration fees, less a 25% administration fee, will be refunded. Sorry, but all registrations cancelled after March 24, 2025 will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled by the association, a full refund will be granted.
